What Shall We Do Today??

Begin your day leisurely with coffee in the pretty little harbour village of Mevagissey. Enjoy a stroll around the attractive twin harbour before making your way up the narrow alleyways to spend a morning browsing art galleries and gift shops. Make sure you try out the fudge shop!! Try Cafe MovieLand for a coffee and home bake and grab a DVD to watch this evening.  Then drive back to Lost Gardens of Heligan where you can explore the fascinating Northern Gardens, Lost Valley and The Jungle. Head back to Pentewan in the evening where you can have some good home cooked pub grub in The Ship Inn or if you fancy something a little more fancy try Judes.  Then snuggle up with that lovely film..Job done! :-) #Cornwall #daysout

Summer has slipped away quite abruptly and Autumn is surging forward now..... but there are still plently of lovely days ahead of us and September and October have so much to offer us in Cornwall.  Many places, such as Isolde Cottage offer short breaks and the peace and tranquility of the beaches and south west coast walks .....
Why not visit The Eden Project who have their Food Festival on now until 27th September or saunter in the lovely Lost Gardens of Heligan.  From 19th September to 4th October it's Harvest Time where many displays can be found ...check out the Melon Yard this year.
If you are celebrating something special, or want a romantic getaway why not take the night train from London Paddington to Penzance and hire a care.....
Enjoy Cornwall....always .. watch the video here
